Scope of Services

- Hard-water stain removal.
- Power washing, including siding, concrete, patios, decks, fences, garage floors, and outdoor furniture.
- Gutter cleaning and other add-on exterior cleaning services when agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Services may be booked online, by phone, or by direct communication with us. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
Weather Policy
Pricing & Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion unless other written arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, ACH, checks, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur interest or collection costs where permitted by law.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas.
- Secure pets and children during service.
- Remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from work areas.
- Inform us of damaged windows, loose screens, deteriorated seals, or other known defects before service begins.
- Notify us of any hazards, unsafe conditions, or special property concerns before work begins.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Clear View Exterior Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, cracked glass, damaged window seals, deteriorated caulking, loose screens, oxidized frames, defective construction, improperly installed windows, loose fixtures, or previously damaged surfaces.
Warranty & Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. Under no circumstances shall Clear View Exterior Services be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Project Photography
We may photograph completed work for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Photographs will not intentionally include personally identifiable information without permission.
Governing Law & Changes
